Background information
This new and trending brand briefed in a requirement for a permanent marketing manager – the aim was to open a new club during the month of July. In actual fact the club opening was delayed due to extensive construction issues.

The Brief
To help get a website live – that had been with the existing web developer for many months.
To assist with the template, technical SEO, page design and user interactions to allow the website to launch and be user-friendly, facilitating pre-opening information and lead generation.
To manage the social requirements – starting from scratch and to cope with limited content – due to the ‘opening soon’ nature.
To generally assist with the marketing process pre-launch.
Timescale
Needed yesterday! Time was a massive factor for this company.
The Result
Within 5 weeks the site was launched and much of the page content, page design, buttons, technical requirements and navigational elements were completed for this first phase, along-side the essential social media handle acquisition and profile creation.
Extensive creative ideation presented for discussion, in the absence of a creative brief, this was designed to try and tie in with the base elements of the site, and visualise the CTAs needed alongside the campaign specific elements to allow for sensible communication with the very different demographics catered for.

Performance
Within the first couple of weeks of completing the various tasks and with a very small – soft social launch on Meta the following performance was recorded, this is higher than is often the case and in-part a reflection of the ‘on-trend’ nature of the club and business sector. However, the SEO, engagement and quality of lead generation, is very much something I can claim the credit for.
The below is an instant report showing the dates for which I held responsibility and identify the appropriate campaigns within the Default Channel Group and the platform and placement. My direct responsibility at that time was Organic Search and Paid Social. The key events were created to record any main contact form, telephone and email contact.
